Light Square LLC dba MANTOX Tea will only accept returns for damaged goods that are unopened. Customers who feel their product is damaged or faulty can contact us at email@example.com to discuss the refund process.
FDA and TGA regulations prevent us from accepting refunds for opened packages. This includes customers who are not pleased with the efficacy of our tea.
We acknowledge that every body is different. If you did not reach the desired physical and/or aesthetic outcome from our tea, we will not issue refunds.
We do not issue refunds for customers who change their mind after ordering.
